Hi guys
I have turned off my I.E.script debugger and guess what? my text is working!?
Well now that's seemingly sorted (thanks to Hejafish)
I can rant on about things
Firstly the new SMG arena opens in Leeds this Autumn...13000 seater...maybe a bit big for Sean eh?
Secondly I'm listening to the New Ron Sexsmith album should be good.
Thirdly talking of albums or rather LP's...........................
The recent speight of LP programs (Danny Baker's 3,plus a general one two nights ago on BBC 4)leads me to ask the question..
What are your fave LP's in the era 1950-1985 ,before CD's and MP3's?
They say the peak was 1965 - 1977?
Anyway my vote is
Best Pop Album-Pet Sounds -Beach Boys
Best RnB Album-SITKOL-Stevie Wonder.
Best Psychd. Album-Forever Changes -Love
Best Rock Album-Exile on Main Street-Rolling Stones
Best Folk Album-Blonde on Blonde -Bob Dylan
Best Classical Album-SwanLake -Von Karaiam-Deutsche Gramaphone.
Best Reggae Album-Catch a fire-Bob Marley &Wailers
Best Album concept-Beatles-Sgt Pepper

Best vinyl single-Pop-Beach Boys - Good Vibrations
Best " " -Rock-Queen-Bohemian Rhapsody

Best Hidden Gem of Rock-Grin 1Plus1 (Nils Lofgren)

Most Commercially successful LP-M.J.Thriller.

Well, this was a refreshingly different, not-remotely-rockist-at-all kind of list thread... until yer had to ruin it with boring ol' canon fodder like Jun Togawa
